One or more items are missing in my order
We work with a limited stock and with designers who produce very small quantities. This means for you that you buy an unique piece, but also that we may not be able to deliver your piece immediately. In these cases we will contact you immediately. If we don’t hear from you within 2 days we will send you the items in stock and offer to inform you as soon as the missing piece is back and reserve it for you.
I have received a faulty item
If you find a fault or a stain on your piece, we ask you to inform us (preferably with photos). Simply return the part to us and if in stock, we will of course send it to you a flawless substitute.
Can I cancel my order?
You can recant your order until your order is dispatched. Please write us an email as soon as possible in which you indicate the order number and withdraw from the purchase.
I have received the wrong item
Mistakes happen. But to be fair they seldomly happen. In this case just write us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure that you get the right piece sent to you.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order once it has been placed.
Tips on sizes
Sizes are always difficult when shopping. Everybody knows the moment when you fall in love with a piece, but it just doesn’t fit right. This is all the more difficult with designer fashion. That’s why we opted to not only use professional models, but also ordinary people, who we just think are awesome in our shoots. Many of our pieces are a bit smaller than the standard sizes, so we offer the dimensions on the product page.
Problems with your delivery?
Where is my order?
After each order you will receive an order confirmation from us. As soon as we have sent the package, you will receive the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to track your parcel.
Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address?
You can also have your parcel delivered to a different address. Just make sure to give us the alternative address when ordering.
What happens if I cannot accept the parcel?
If the package cannot be accepted, it will be taken to the nearest packing station where it will wait for you for a week.
Which countries does LNFA supply online?
The LNFA online store delivers to all member states of the European Union, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Andorra.
Problems with returns
How much time do I have for the return?
We offer you 14 days to try out your order at home.
Has my return arrived with us?
Each order is accompanied by a return receipt and a return label. All you have to do is stick the label on the box and bring the order to your shipping partner. They will then give you a small receipt with a tracking number which you can track.
How can I get a new return receipt?
If you have lost your return slip, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com . We will then send you the return slip as a PDF file.
Do you refund the delivery costs if I send something back?
We do not refund shipping costs.
Can I exchange an item?
You can note on your return note that the size did not fit and you would like to have the same item in a different size. We will then check in stock and at the designer if they are available and send you the item. This will generate shipping costs. If we can't find the item in your size anymore, we will contact you.
Problems with payment
What payment methods do I have?
To protect our designers, we only offer prepayment, including Paypal, direct debit and any major credit card.
Can I buy a gift certificate?
Of course you can!
What happens to my Gift Certificate when I return the items?
If you uses a voucher in your order, but the parts you did not like or unfortunately do not fit, you can of course send them back. We will then settle your order after the return and restore the value of the voucher. Of course you will be informed about the remaining credit by e-mail.
Question about products
Will sold out products be restocked?
We mainly work with young labels that don't produce much. Therefore some of the products you saved to buy later might be sold out once you come back to them. In these cases we ask the designer if there is a possibility to restock those items. In some cases these can be delivered later, if so we will mention this on the product page for you.
Can you let us know when an item is available again?
If you have fallen in love with a sold-out piece, please just contact us. We are happy to check if we are going to have it in stock soon and tell you all about it. Alternatively we can also reserve the sold out item for you, so that you can get first dips on it once it is back in the store.
Can I search for a specific item on the website?
On our site you have the possibility to filter for designers, tops, bottoms, jackets and accessories. This allows you to quickly find the item you are looking for. If it is not on the page, you are welcome to contact us and we will check in our Concept Store if we still have the desired item in your size.

Why do we value sustainable designers?
The fashion industry has a very big impact on our environment. Besides polluting water with pesticides and other chemicals, the world's garbage dumps are filled with textiles. We believe that by shopping consciously and supporting sustainable brands, we can reduce the negative impact of fashion on our environment.
Why do we only sell young designers?
We only sell young or smaller labels because we want to give them a chance to establish themselves. We are not interested in uniformed fashion and therefore want to give young creatives the opportunity to find their audience and give the customer the opportunity to find unique pieces.
How can I delete my customer account?
You can delete your customer account at LNFA online at any time. All you need to do is log in to your profile in your browser and click on "Delete me" under data protection. This will delete irrevocably your account and all information linked to that account.
I can no longer log in. How do I get back into my profile?
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new one and then change it. If you can no longer access your account because your email address has changed, simply register again and send us an email at email@example.com with your information. This will allow us to verify your previous account and delete it for you.
